Our Aims

To achieve Good or Outstanding it is vital for all schools to consider the statutory obligations that are set out in the SEND Code of Practice (CoP, 2015). It is essential that all institutes of education provide the very best in quality first teaching and appropriate SEND provision for all learners to meet their requirements in an inclusive manner.

We aim to support schools to achieve outstanding results for their SEND learners by:

  • Ensuring all policies, school development plans and strategical support documents are wholly inclusive and factor in SEND provision
  • We support the mentoring and training of SENCo’s, so they are able to effectively carry out their responsibilities towards all SEND learners
  • We provide focussed training for all teaching and support staff from planning SEND provision to the delivery of specific intervention(s)

  • We offer training to senior leaders for the prepration of an inspection or a SEND Audit after self evaluation
  • Offering coaching for senior leaders and middle managers, based on inclusive practices as well as to enhance curriculum development
  • Providing tailored support based on your self-evaluation form (SEF) and the requirements of the school
  • Assessment and observation of learners with SEND to recommend and implement a specific support program to meet their learning requirements
